Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Nonprofit Organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
- Establish C-level relationships with strategic customers and monitor market trends within the Nonprofit Vertical
- Assist sales team in closing transactions and diagnose business strengths and weaknesses using feedback and data
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software or SaaS sales experience focused on consultative solutions selling
- 1+ years of sales management experience in a rapidly growing environment
- Proven history of leading teams to achieve quotas within a commercial environment
- Excellent coaching skills and knowledge of sales methodologies
- Nonprofit industry experience is a plus
