A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Support Officer to assist with residential mortgage lending operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day processing and document tracking for mortgage originations
- Act as a liaison between Loan Officers, clients, and operations partners
- Maintain communication with clients regarding missing documentation and manage loan pipeline
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1-3 years of banking experience, particularly in mortgage sales and operations
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA regulations, and local real estate laws
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage loan origination pipeline effectively
