Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full prospective beneficiary cycle, including lead generation, relationship building, and securing sales
- Meet daily outbound call goals to engage prospective beneficiaries and assess their needs
- Educate prospective beneficiaries on Medicare options and guide them through the enrollment process
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of successful Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience
- Ability to work as an independent self-starter and part of a team
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages
- Current knowledge of CMS regulations related to marketing and enrollment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
