Key Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to exceed quotas

- Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Management experience with a proven track record of hiring and developing teams
- Experience in building inside sales teams that drive opportunities and revenue
- Ability to adapt to rapid growth and change
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales goals and managing key metrics
