Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage sales and client relations functions to generate new sales and maintain client satisfaction
- Establish and implement effective sales strategies and manage the sales force to meet sales goals
- Assist in selling new business and provide sales support, including analysis of account profitability and proposal generation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of sales management experience with a focus on new business development
- Minimum of 3 years selling experience in a service industry
- Proven track record in solution selling and executive relationships within relevant sectors
- Experience in hands-on people management and team building
- Formal sales training received; delivery of sales training is a plus
