A company is looking for a Manager of Regional Sales East.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, mentor, and manage a team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs)
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings to discuss goals and performance
- Manage the sales funnel and provide feedback and support to CAMs
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience managing a sales team
- Proven leadership experience in a tech sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
