A company is looking for a Sales Executive, ePayments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage operational requirements of the ePayments client base, ensuring quality delivery and support
- Develop operational relationships and deliver contracted services to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and prepare operational account reviews and performance reports
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in customer support roles
- 6+ years of experience selling into the financial services industry
- 6+ years of experience in managing and delivering services to clients
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of banking industry and bank operations
