Medicare Sales Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to ensure performance and growth
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
• Collaborate with various departments to develop investment roadmaps and support campaign management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly Medicare
• Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and similar telephony solutions
