Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic insights partner to senior leadership, translating customer signals into strategic decisions
- Define and socialize an insights roadmap that aligns with marketing and sales strategies
- Lead foundational studies and manage brand health and creative-testing programs to influence go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in B2B, sales, or marketing insights with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in data-driven storytelling influencing brand positioning and product launches
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods and survey design
- Applied knowledge of AI tools for research automation and insight acceleration
- Experience with global research, particularly in the UK and Australia, is a plus
