Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales from inbound calls and follow up with potential customers to sell business services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM software on a daily basis
• Provide a best-in-class customer experience and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Knowledge of product offerings and competitive landscape
