A company is looking for a Post Sales, Revenue Ops Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and accounting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop and optimize dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators across various post-sales functions
- Collaborate with leadership to define metrics, monitor performance, and support operational workflows in post-sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations, or Business Analyst roles with a post-sales focus
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Proficient in post-sales systems and functionality, such as Pendo, Zendesk, and Gainsight
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and understanding of data structures across customer lifecycle platforms
