Key Responsibilities
- Grow partner accounts by expanding a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSPs through proactive outreach and strategic guidance
- Drive adoption of AI and security offerings by championing training and compliance solutions
- Consult with partners to understand their business models and map solutions to accelerate their growth outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS, preferably in channel sales or the MSP space
- Deep empathy for the MSP business model and a passion for helping partners succeed
- Experience selling technical and strategic solutions, particularly through screen-sharing demos
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a high-velocity environment
