A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist (Remote - Eastern).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the patient onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from prescription to activation of the OmniPod device
- Engage with customers by addressing inquiries and tailoring communications to drive patient adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve patient interactions and service operations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or related fields such as healthcare or medical devices
- Knowledge of the managed care industry (preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (preferred)
- Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors (preferred)
