Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Corrections Lead who will strategically assess and sell to state-level corrections customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to adapt offerings for state corrections customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver senior-level presentations to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, preferably in corrections/public safety
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS subscriptions to complex state-level accounts
  • Experience with federal and state grant opportunities for law enforcement agencies
  • Preferred background in state-level law enforcement or corrections leadership
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers
