Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional VP of Health Plan Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within health plans, including Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid
- Develop and execute a winning regional strategy to exceed quota and drive multi-year contracts
- Leverage existing relationships and insights into the payer decision-making process to accelerate time to revenue
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success selling into health plans
- Consistent quota overachievement, with experience closing $800K+ in new ARR annually
- Strong understanding of the payer landscape, including contracting models, risk, and care management priorities
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset willing to roll up your sleeves and shape a market
- Passion for improving care and outcomes for vulnerable populations
