Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional VP of Health Plan Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within health plans, including Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid
  • Develop and execute a winning regional strategy to exceed quota and drive multi-year contracts
  • Leverage existing relationships and insights into the payer decision-making process to accelerate time to revenue
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success selling into health plans
  • Consistent quota overachievement, with experience closing $800K+ in new ARR annually
  • Strong understanding of the payer landscape, including contracting models, risk, and care management priorities
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset willing to roll up your sleeves and shape a market
  • Passion for improving care and outcomes for vulnerable populations
