Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager who is passionate about customer success and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue retention and growth in assigned customer accounts, meeting quota targets
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, forecasting product utilization and identifying trends
- Serve as the primary contact for Customer Success Managers, managing contracts and client requests
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management within a technology or professional services organization
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or marketing technology
- Proven track record of quota achievement and experience closing mid-market and large deals
- Experience managing a book of enterprise and strategic business
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
