Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Sales Executive, PEO (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents while promoting the company's unique experience
- Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to increase sales activity and product offerings
- Coordinate sales and retention activities to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- 3+ years' experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
- Associate's Degree (preferred)
- Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products
