Key Responsibilities
- Establish collaborative relationships with Off-Platform sales teams and leadership
- Design and execute product enablement frameworks, including training and content resources
- Leverage data-driven insights to assess and refine enablement program performance
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales or account management within an advertising platform or agency
- 4+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D, PMM, Ad Sales, or related roles
- Experience with digital advertising and understanding of search auction dynamics
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
