A company is looking for a BDR Manager for the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Business Development Team to achieve targets for sourcing and qualifying leads
- Conduct training for new team members and facilitate regular performance check-ins and meetings
- Monitor team activity and KPIs, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a professional, customer-facing environment, preferably in SaaS sales
- Proven experience in managing teams to meet or exceed activity and revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CRM systems and email outreach programs, ideally Salesloft
- Strong understanding of best practices for Business Development Teams
