A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives
- Lead and develop a sales team to generate revenue and meet individual and organizational quotas
- Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to enhance performance and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of Enterprise SaaS/PaaS Sales Experience
- Previous Sales Management experience is desirable
- Proven track record of success and quota achievement year-over-year
- Experience in P&C Insurance is preferred
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for sales targets
