Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Excellence/Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Commercial Excellence Strategy to enhance commercial capabilities
- Develop and deploy sales enablement tools to improve sales effectiveness and win rates
- Manage and optimize commercial tools and processes, including CRM systems and opportunity management tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations in a company with over $1B in annual revenue
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management is required
- Demonstrated success in designing and deploying commercial strategies and tools
- Strong experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement software
