Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in fintech
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and selling complex API-driven solutions
- Experience managing or closely partnering with Revenue Operations
- Passion for building scalable sales engines and working cross-functionally with various teams
