Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Engagement Manager to support the sales team in driving internal operations and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance metrics and maintain Large Pharma M&A and pipeline trackers
- Support sales leadership with ad-hoc requests and assist in RFP/RFI processes
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and provide training on Salesforce CRM as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing required
- Experience with sales teams and Salesforce CRM
- Strong Excel skills for report manipulation and analysis
- Exposure to the healthcare/life-sciences industry
