Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Agency (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Partner Success and Partnerships team to ensure consistent outreach and relationship management
• Design and launch scalable agency programs, including certifications and incentive schemes
• Lead agency-related marketing and enablement activities in collaboration with central Marketing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner, channel, or agency management, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of creating and scaling structured programs across multiple regions or brands
• Experience leading small, high-impact teams in international and remote environments
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable managing strategy, operations, coaching, and hands-on execution
