Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager, Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into systems strategy focused on revenue targets
• Define and own the revenue systems strategy and roadmap to achieve revenue goals while minimizing tech debt
• Manage and develop a high-performing team while pushing GTM teams towards an AI-first mindset

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and optimizing revenue systems, with at least 4+ years in owning systems strategy
• Expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with other revenue applications like Chili Piper, Outreach, Marketo, and Gong
• Strong understanding of data architecture and how revenue systems integrate
• Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment with a flexible approach to changing needs
• Passion for leading systems teams and coaching junior members
