Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to oversee customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and upsell discussions
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to assess account health and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, or revenue operations within a SaaS or agency environment
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets
  • Experience with contract workflows and revenue forecasting
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
