- Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and upsell discussions
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to assess account health and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, or revenue operations within a SaaS or agency environment
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets
- Experience with contract workflows and revenue forecasting
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
