A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while managing client campaigns and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare or Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare
