Inside Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Account Manager to join their sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with High Touch reps and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree, or years of experience in lieu of education
• 5+ years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role
• Understanding of Unify products is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
