Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Mandarin Speaking (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor leads and enrollments from various marketing channels, providing progress reports on customer behavior and user experience
• Qualify incoming inquiries from parents and students, ensuring accurate data management within the CRM system
• Establish and maintain positive customer interactions, scheduling meetings with Academic Advisors and supporting outreach tactics

Required Qualifications

• Native or proficient in Mandarin
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Experience with Chinese marketing platforms and customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in the education sector or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
