A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team
- Execute a territory prospecting plan, maintaining a high volume of daily prospecting activities and keeping accurate records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and strategies while continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRMs for tracking and prospecting
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Consistent track record of meeting sales targets in a territory
- Proven ability to self-manage daily sales tasks and quota attainment
