Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Proposal Content Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
• Manage project intake, assess due dates, and allocate projects in a fast-paced environment
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including five years in proposal, marketing, or sales content development
• At least three years of management experience, preferably in RFP team management
• Association of Proposal Management (APMP) certification and Shipley training required
• Experience working in high-volume proposal environments with minimal customization
