Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
- Manage project intake, assess due dates, and allocate projects in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including five years in proposal, marketing, or sales content development
- At least three years of management experience, preferably in RFP team management
- Association of Proposal Management (APMP) certification and Shipley training required
- Experience working in high-volume proposal environments with minimal customization
