A company is looking for a Commercial Enablement Program Manager focused on developing and executing commercial enablement programs to drive revenue retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Leadership, and other stakeholders to align with business goals
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs for sales and customer-facing teams
- Manage content on the content management platform and ensure training materials are current and relevant
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales training or commercial enablement in healthcare, SaaS, or technology
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and metrics
- Exceptional program and project management skills
- Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems, such as Seismic and Salesforce
