Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Practice Solutions to lead and scale their outbound sales function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of outbound and discovery playbooks and create a high-performance sales culture
  • Oversee outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and execution for a team targeting ~$2M+ ARR
  • Track KPIs, provide real-time feedback on calls, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire outbound sales teams to exceed quotas
  • Mastery of outbound methodologies and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics and sales forecasting
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process-building and change management
