A company is looking for a Manager, Practice Solutions to lead and scale their outbound sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of outbound and discovery playbooks and create a high-performance sales culture
- Oversee outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and execution for a team targeting ~$2M+ ARR
- Track KPIs, provide real-time feedback on calls, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech
- Proven ability to lead and inspire outbound sales teams to exceed quotas
- Mastery of outbound methodologies and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach
- Strong command of pipeline metrics and sales forecasting
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process-building and change management
