Key Responsibilities
- Empathize with customers to discuss their health goals and the benefits of infrared saunas
- Manage leads and sales transactions using Salesforce CRM while ensuring accurate order processing
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various marketing channels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of telephone sales experience with a proven sales track record
- 1+ year of experience using Salesforce and strong technical skills
- Self-motivated and competitive with excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
