A company is looking for a Director of RevOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit the revenue tech stack and deliver a 90-day optimization roadmap
- Own the integrated go-to-market plan, including quota models and annual budgeting
- Build a small RevOps team and act as a thought partner to the executive team
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations at high-growth SaaS companies with $30-100m ARR
- Mastery of modern go-to-market stacks (HubSpot/SFDC, marketing automation, BI)
- Proven record of creating board-quality forecasts and achieving efficiency gains
- Experience with pricing and packaging migrations and new revenue streams
- Leadership capability to influence executive peers and scale a RevOps team
