Responsibilities
• Host virtual meetings with prospects who have actively requested assistance
• Educate clients on available coverage options and offer personalized recommendations
• Build relationships and close sales by engaging with high-quality leads provided to you
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements
• Participate in ongoing virtual training to sharpen your skills and stay ahead
• Operate independently with a self-driven mindset and strong time management
• Represent Afortus with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to putting clients first

Requirements
• You’re either already licensed in life insurance or willing to get licensed — we’ll walk you through the process step by step
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for clear communication and relationship-building
• Driven, coachable, and focused on reaching your goals
• Comfortable navigating virtual platforms like Zoom and CRM systems for client interactions
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively without direct oversight
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
• You operate with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others
• Must have a stable internet connection and access to a computer (desktop or laptop preferred)

Pay: $67,890.00 – $112,830.00 per year
