Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive long-term strategic growth within assigned accounts through account management and new business development
- Develop account plans that align with customer objectives and identify key decision makers and revenue opportunities
- Manage and develop an enterprise account management team to meet Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of customer-facing professional experience, preferably in sales or revenue-generating account management
- Experience selling into state government and/or healthcare organizations
- Experience in SaaS solutions or within the healthcare and/or government market
- Experience in full-cycle key account management with successful contract value increases
