Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales associates to identify and provide suitable products and solutions for customers
- Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
- Coordinate customer deliveries and handle sales calls to address inquiries and resolve concerns
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
- Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
- General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
