Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal point of contact for Area Manager accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational support
- Leverage reporting tools to provide visibility into account health, adoption, and revenue trends
- Manage account onboarding and implementation, coordinating project timelines and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Customer Success, or Project Management
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
