Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to oversee business development and capture processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for capture and business development activities
• Manage the proposal development lifecycle and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Engage with key stakeholders and monitor risks to enhance capture and business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Government, Business, Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations (FAR/DFARS)
• Experience running capture programs at small to medium-sized, USG-focused firms
• Experience with business development tools such as GovWin IQ and Salesforce CRM
• Proposal writing experience
