Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator | Sales Support (FSR).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for the Sales team for onboarding new accounts, including setup and inventory management
- Monitor performance trends and collaborate with Territory Manager and Regional Director to improve account performance
- Troubleshoot customer issues and maintain a positive relationship with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume customer care or sales support environment
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with SaaS systems, including Salesforce.com or other CRM software
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field or account onboarding
- Data-driven with experience using Excel and SFDC reporting
- Strong background and passion for customer care
