Key Responsibilities
- Originate and manage complex sales opportunities from qualification to close
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to Sales Leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales as an individual contributor
- Experience in the CX tech and/or BPO marketplace with a track record of closing complex deals
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant sales tools
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
