Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a motivated, results-oriented team of PEO Account Executives
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly quota targets and builds a healthy pipeline
- Deliver ongoing coaching and training to help team members grow in their careers
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as an individual contributor selling PEO solutions
- 2+ years of people leadership experience in any industry
- Proven experience building teams and designing effective customer journeys and sales playbooks
- Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and exceeding goals
- Experienced in building productive cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Customer Success teams
