- Design and implement premium service tiers and strategies for monetization across training and support services
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling ARR from tens to hundreds of millions
- 8+ years of post-sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or fintech
- Experience in growing customer bases from hundreds to thousands
- Proven success in monetizing post-sales functions and creating new revenue streams
- Strong background in implementing change management at scale
