Key Responsibilities
- Provide order processing and manage account operations for assigned accounts
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service flow
- Assist account teams with onboarding new customers and support deal registration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or project management
- Experience interfacing with senior level executives and customers
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Advanced knowledge of product support industry and sales for end user computing
