Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, pricing accuracy, and delivery performance
- Implement customer service strategies to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- Act as the liaison between customers and marketing/sales teams while coordinating with Logistics and Operations for timely deliveries
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred
- Ability to lead customer-facing meetings independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and data entry skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
