Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Generation Associate (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads through outbound and inbound sales activities, fostering relationships to drive business growth
- Conduct testing of go-to-market materials and provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and provide training to sales teams for optimized usage in prospecting activities
Required Qualifications
- Passion for business development, sales, and/or sales operations; experience preferred
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HS diploma required
- Proven track record of adopting and mastering new technologies, including CRM systems
- Experience in the employee health & benefits industry preferred
