- 15 years of sales experience with 7 years in a sales leadership role, ideally in a high-growth B2B startup
- Proven track record of leading early-stage sales teams and scaling ARR from $1M-$10M+
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or transportation technology strongly preferred
- Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting skills
