Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading early-stage sales teams and scaling ARR from $1M-$10M+
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or transportation technology strongly preferred
  • Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting skills
