A company is looking for a Director, Sales Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a long-term strategy for sales automation to enhance sales productivity and identify KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify automation opportunities and integrate them into the sales process
- Analyze sales processes for inefficiencies and recommend solutions using sales automation tools
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of CRM product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.com
- Experience with other sales automation tools preferred
- Deep technical proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud and integrations with boundary applications
- Strong understanding of agile development practices and project management frameworks
- Prior management experience preferred
