Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline generation targets
- Build and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across multiple channels
- Establish and implement scalable best practices, processes, and KPIs for the BDR team
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in BDR/SDR management or sales leadership, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of coaching and leading high-performing outbound teams
- Deep understanding of outbound lead generation strategies and modern sales tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in or managing distributed/remote teams is an advantage
